The enticing Gradient Gray/Blue Non-stick Fine Gres Porcelain Ceramic coating is extremely durable and guarantees a long-term release that is unprecedented among ceramic coatings. It has double release properties, faster heat-diffusion, higher resistance to abrasion and is easier to clean. AZUL Gres is also dishwasher-safe. AZUL Gres also includes our Energysaver feature and is our most environmentally friendly line. When a green leaf logo appears at the base of the handle, it indicates that the desired cooking temperature has been reached and therefore it is possible to lower the heat as the temperature will be maintained by the cookware.
