Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a KitcheNova purchase or gift for any reason, you may return your items for up to 365 days.

  • When you return your purchase within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund
  • When you return your items within 61-365 days of purchase date, you will receive a refund in the form of our online store credit for the items.
  • Products returned must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and preferably in original packaging

Return Procedure

Follow these steps to process your return online (unless your order was placed in another way—then contact us directly):

  1. Once you've logged into your account, verify (and update if necessary) your billing and shipping information
  2. In "Track your recent orders," click on "View details" of order with items you're returning
  3. In "Order" screen, click on "Add New RMA" so we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  4. Provide us
  5. the quantity "Returned"
  6. the "Reason" for the return
  7. the "Method" you prefer any questions or requirements you may have in "My Comments" and click on "Save RMA"
  8. Click "OK" to continue (or, if you've changed your mind, you may "Cancel" the return here)
  9. You will receive an RMA number to add to your package label
  10. Click on "View RMA Details" to review or print a copy of your request

Then, once you've received our "RMA Authorization" email, you can package-up your return in one of these two ways:


Having us supply you with a preprinted USPS® preprinted shipping label

  1. Contact us at (702) 518-7799 or send us an email message to request a return shipping label; a $6.95 service fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit total (unless the return is due to an error of ours or if an item was in any way defective—then the shipping's on us!)
  2. Package your return item with the packing slip in original KitcheNova packaging, if available. (If not, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.)
  3. Write your RMA number on the label, making sure it can clearly be seen (and read!)
  4. Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS®) using the return shipping label emailed to you to:

You supplying your own shipping label

  1. Package your return item with the packing slip in original KitcheNova packaging, if available. (If not, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.)
  2. Write your RMA number on the label, making sure it can clearly be seen (and read!)
  3. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment.
  4. Using delivery service of your choice, mail your return to:

  6. Once we receive your package, if the return was due to an error of ours or because an item was in any way defective, we will reimburse your shipping charges.
